**Job title:** DevOps Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Lead and optimize end‑to‑end DevOps operations for enterprise software platforms across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and AWS. Drive automation, reliability, and cost‑efficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration, database administration, and infrastructure as code. Collaborate with development and security teams to implement best practices and regulatory compliance.
**Expectations:**
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud environments that support production, staging, and development workloads.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of containerized applications and relational databases.
- Manage cloud spend and implement cost‑optimization measures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for process automation, monitoring, and incident response.
- Stay current with emerging DevOps tools and Oracle cloud offerings to inform strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications using industry‑standard tools.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters on OCI and AWS.
- Administer Oracle and MySQL databases: installation, patching, backup/recovery, performance tuning.
- Develop and enforce infrastructure‑as‑code templates; manage configuration, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Oversee release management, versioning, environment consistency, rollback procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct cloud resource usage audits, implement cost‑control policies, and present optimization reports.
- Collaborate with development teams (React, Node.js, .NET) and security teams on compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Mentor junior DevOps staff and provide technical guidance on automation and best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- 8+ years of DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience; 4+ years leading cloud solutions projects.
- Hands‑on experience with OCI services, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and AWS.
- Proficient scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration expertise.
- Experience managing Oracle and MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with SaaS and multi‑tenant architecture.
- Knowledge of compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Excellent problem‑solving, prioritization, and communication abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
