Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Software Developer Role Summary: Deliver and maintain a modern web platform, building responsive front‑end components with React + Vite and scalable back‑end services in .NET Core, gRPC, and Web API, while supporting continuous delivery and infrastructure automation on Linux servers. Expectations: Own end‑to‑end feature development, ensure high code quality, actively participate in DevOps pipelines, and collaborate cross‑functionally with design, product, and operations teams. Demonstrate ownership, strong problem‑solving, and effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and test responsive user interfaces using React (preferably Vite) - Develop scalable back‑end services in C#, .NET Core, gRPC, and RESTful APIs - Model data with Entity Framework and MySQL; write performant queries - Contribute to AWX/Ansible playbooks and DevOps pipelines for automated deployment - Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code standards - Document feature specifications and API contracts; aid in troubleshooting and debugging - Mentor teammates on React best practices and infrastructure automation where applicable. Required Skills: - C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework (Core) - React (modern stack – JSX/TSX) with Vite build tool - gRPC, REST, microservice architecture - MySQL database design, querying, and optimization - Linux server administration, shell scripting, and command‑line tools - AWX/Ansible for infrastructure automation (preferred) - DevOps pipeline concepts (CI/CD, containerization, IaC) - Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities - Excellent written and verbal communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred) - Equivalent professional experience in full‑stack development may substitute formal education. - No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, Agile, SCRUM) is advantageous.
