Job Description: Job Title: Pharmacy Relationship Manager Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with pharmacies and healthcare providers, educating staff on prescription savings cards, and promoting adoption to increase sales. Expactations: • Build strong client relationships • Educate staff on savings benefits • Meet sales targets • Operate independently across assigned territory Key Responsibilities: • Teach pharmacy staff how to use savings cards to reduce prescription costs • Provide savings cards to medical offices and train staff on patient benefits • Develop and nurture relationships with pharmacy and provider staff • Manage accounts and implement strategies to increase revenue • Conduct in‑person visits, maintain records, and follow up on sales activities • Track performance metrics and report progress Required Skills: • Proven sales experience and track record • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to present product benefits and train staff • Self‑motivated, independent worker with reliable transportation • Basic CRM and data entry proficiency Required Education & Certifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or related field) • No mandatory certifications required, though knowledge of pharmaceuticals or sales experience is preferred.
