Job Description: **Job title**: Communication & Events Coordinator **Role Summary**: Coordinate and create engaging communication strategies across social media, promotional content, and event promotion for multiple hospitality concepts, ensuring consistent brand presence and driving guest engagement. **Expectations**: - Deliver creative, on‑brand content that aligns with the group’s hospitality and leisure offerings. - Plan, promote, and support events (afterworks, banquets, seminars) from concept through execution. - Analyze performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize engagement and reach. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage and update Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts with compelling visuals and copy. - Produce a variety of content: posts, stories, short videos, posters, and digital assets. - Promote internal events and special programs to convert attendance and highlight hospitality services. - Collaborate with kitchen, floor, and accommodation teams to showcase operational excellence. - Monitor digital and visual trends, recommending innovations that enhance brand relevance. - Track KPIs, report results, and propose data‑driven enhancements. **Required Skills**: - Strong command of social media platforms and content calendars. - Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalents). - Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing abilities. - Creative vision with a strong visual sense and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively yet take initiative in a fast‑paced environment. - Basic event‑planning knowledge and experience in hospitality is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. - Certification in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
