Job title: Marketing and Communications Assistant
Role Summary: Provide creative and strategic support to the marketing team, driving brand visibility through content creation, social media, campaigns, event coordination, and media relations.
Expactations: Final‑year or graduate candidate in marketing, communications, or business; strong written communication; proactive, organized, team‑oriented; creative, digitally fluent; interest in automotive, tech, or start‑up sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce written content (LinkedIn posts, blog articles, newsletters, internal/external docs).
- Manage and grow social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; monitor performance and recommend optimizations.
- Assist in planning and executing acquisition and retention marketing campaigns (email, social media ads, SEA, influencer, trade marketing).
- Conduct industry, automotive, and digital marketing trend research and benchmark analyses.
- Support event planning (trade shows, conferences, workshops) and track post‑event media coverage.
- Collaborate with CMO and marketing team on brand strategy and communications.
Required Skills:
- Excellent French and English writing skills; storytelling and concise messaging.
- Social media management tools (Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Basic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva).
- Project management and collaboration platforms (Notion, Google Workspace, Drive).
- CRM/email marketing familiarity (HubSpot, email service providers).
- Campaign tracking, analytics interpretation, and reporting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Master’s level or final‑year Bachelor’s (equivalent to Bac+5) in marketing, communications, or business management.
- No mandatory certifications, but knowledge of digital marketing tools is preferred.
