Manager, Partner Programs & Enablement
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, execution, and optimization of partner programs for a global software platform, ensuring alignment with indirect sales strategies, partner profitability, and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
**Expectations**
- Drive partner ecosystem growth through incentive design and performance management.
- Build executive relationships with partner leaders and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver joint sales solutions.
- Translate partner data into actionable insights and executive reports.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and refine channel strategy across VARs, MSPs, distributors, and referral partners.
- Design partner incentive structures (rebates, referral fees, MDF, deal registration).
- Benchmark partner programs against competitors and adjust models for mid‑market buying dynamics.
- Create joint go‑to‑market (GTM) plans, sales plays, battlecards, and pipeline development programs.
- Govern partner onboarding, certification, compliance, and deal registration workflows.
- Manage Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Track, analyze, and report on partner KPIs: revenue contribution, pipeline growth, activation rates, and ROI of incentives.
- Resolve conflicts, enforce program integrity, and ensure partner compliance.
**Required Skills**
- 7+ years channel sales, partner program, or operations experience in technology.
- Deep knowledge of indirect sales models, channel economics, and partner profitability.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities (partner ROI analysis, KPI dashboards).
- Proficiency with PRM and CRM platforms; experience with data reporting and forecasting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and manage executive‑level relationships.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Channel Professional) are a plus but not mandatory.
