Job Title: Account Executive Role Summary: Lead strategic B2B SaaS sales for a mission‑driven software company entering the EU market. Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing mid‑to‑large enterprise deals (USD $30–100k+) in the web compliance, UX, and digital experience space. Expectations: - 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably with mid‑market to enterprise accounts. - Proven success using SPICED, MEDDIC, or Challenger selling frameworks. - Comfortable selling to UX, digital, compliance, or product stakeholders across Europe. - Demonstrated ability to manage a 70% inbound pipeline and convert inbound leads into closed revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct high‑level strategy conversations with senior-level decision makers to understand pain points and drive adoption. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and milestone tracking. - Close high‑value deals (USD $30–100k+) by navigating complex sales cycles and negotiating favorable terms. - Collaborate with the UK‑based sales leadership to align on market strategy and receive coaching. - Leverage data and case studies to articulate the business value of the platform to prospects. Required Skills: - B2B SaaS sales expertise with a track record of exceeding quotas. - Mastery of SPICED, MEDDIC, or Challenger selling methodologies. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Knowledge of web compliance, UX, accessibility, and AB testing domains is a plus. - Self‑driven, results‑oriented mindset with a commitment to ethical selling. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with sales tools (CRM, forecasting) is expected.
