Drive retail channel growth, strengthen brand presence, and deepen customer engagement across major home improvement retailers (e.g., The Home Depot, Lowe’s) through omni‑channel collaboration with sales, product, brand, and digital teams. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable revenue and profitability growth aligned with corporate objectives. - Maintain robust partnerships with key retail accounts and negotiate joint business plans. - Ensure integrated plans across e‑commerce, in‑store merchandising, special orders, and stocking. - Lead a high‑performing, cross‑brand retail marketing team and manage budget to optimize ROI. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and execute long‑term retail marketing strategies for each brand, translating business goals into actionable growth plans. 2. Lead omni‑channel initiatives: e‑commerce, in‑store activation, planograms, displays, and digital retail content. 3.
