**Job Title** Vice President, Investment **Role Summary** Senior investment leader responsible for managing the full investment lifecycle – sourcing, diligence, structuring, monitoring, and exit – with a focus on growth equity in technology‑enabled businesses. **Expectations** - Lead high‑profile deals and secure investment committee approval. - Mentor junior associates and coordinate with advisory partners. - Maintain strong portfolio relationships and deliver strategic value. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct comprehensive investment diligence, including management meetings, financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis. 2. Draft investment memos and presentations for the investment committee. 3. Coordinate with lenders, lawyers, consultants, and other advisors throughout the deal cycle. 4. Drive deal sourcing through networking, cold‑calling, and thematic initiatives; travel to conferences and meetings as required. 5. Manage portfolio companies post‑investment: board participation, strategic projects, hiring, and financial planning. 6. Collaborate with the investment team on firm strategy and share best practices. **Required Skills** - 7–10 years in growth equity, private equity, or investment banking. - Deep interest and experience in technology or tech‑enabled sectors. - Advanced financial modeling, KPI analysis, and valuation expertise. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Team‑first mindset with proven mentoring and leadership capability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
