Director, Talent Acquisition
**Role Summary**
Lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategy and daily recruitment operations, ensuring a high‑quality, equitable candidate experience and alignment with corporate values. Own the ATS, partner with business units, manage external recruiting partners, and drive data‑based improvements across sourcing, hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for leadership and staff roles across all functional and creative disciplines.
- Manage and enhance the ATS, recruiting dashboards, and analytics to meet compliance, DEI, and reporting goals.
- Build and sustain proactive, inclusive sourcing strategies in partnership with hiring managers and business partners.
- Optimize recruiting budgets, vendor relationships, and external partner performance for measurable ROI.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Full‑cycle recruitment leadership for diverse roles, ensuring a consistent, fair hiring process.
- Design and execute scalable recruiting workflows, tooling, and training for hiring managers.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to craft employer brand messaging and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Monitor DEI metrics, recommend interventions, and champion a best‑in‑class candidate journey.
- Own ATS configuration, data quality, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate, select, and manage external search, vendor, and RPO relationships.
- Partner cross‑functionally with HR teams (Employee Experience, Compensation, Operations) to align recruiting with development and retention strategies.
- Manage the talent acquisition budget and report ROI.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years progressive talent acquisition experience, including senior leadership of full‑cycle recruiting.
- Expertise in enterprise ATS implementation, optimization, and analytics.
- Strong sourcing, workforce planning, and assessment methodology skills.
- Proven ability to build and interpret recruitment dashboards and KPIs.
- Experience designing inclusive hiring workshops and calibration sessions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and partnership skills across all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certifications such as SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SP or HRCI’s PHR/PHR‑I preferred.
