**Job Title:** Social Media Content Creator **Role Summary:** Produce, edit, and publish compelling vertical photo and video content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts that reflects a clean, conscious beauty brand and resonates with Gen Alpha, Gen Z, and Millennials. **Expectations:** - 2–4 years of social media content creation experience, with a background in beauty required. - Proven ability to translate emerging trends into on‑brand storytelling. - Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in fast‑paced, purpose‑driven teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize, film, and edit original vertical content for social platforms. - Research culture and beauty trends; adapt them into creative, brand‑consistent posts. - Coordinate with marketing, digital, and agency partners to maintain a unified voice. - Engage micro‑influencers, UGC creators, and external collaborators to expand reach. - Plan and support end‑to‑end production of social shoots, from pre‑production to post‑production. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, photography, and video editing. - Storytelling acumen with a focus on aesthetics and community building. - Excellent time‑management, organization, and communication abilities. - Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts best practices. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Portfolio of relevant social media content demonstrating skill in beauty‑focused storytelling.
