Job Description
**Job Title:** Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary:** Supports the marketing team in executing and managing day‑to‑day marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of programs, maintaining project documentation, coordinating with internal and external partners, and analyzing campaign performance. **Expectations:** Deliver projects on schedule, maintain accurate records, collaborate cross‑functionally, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance marketing reach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Organize status documents and inventory records to guarantee seamless project completion. - Compile quarterly competitive activity reports from e‑retailers and in‑store data to identify trends. - Process marketing invoices and compile recap files. - Manage the marketing product closet and seasonal comps. - Coordinate seasonal marketing programs, liaising with sales planning, sales operations, creative, PR, and education teams. - Oversee approval of design layouts, ads, copy, and collateral with management, retailers, and Paris office. - Prepare and dispatch orders for POS items, training materials, samples, and event requests to the sales force. - Deliver launch information and assets to retailers, e‑retailers, and internal systems. - Submit creative service requests, partner with graphic designers to track programs. - Communicate marketing updates to the sales force (newsletters, calendars, internal platforms). - Create PowerPoint presentations for retailer and sales meetings. - Generate sell‑thru reports and analyze product launch/event performance to update the team. **Required Skills:** - Bachelor’s degree in marketing. - 1–2 years of marketing or project management experience, preferably in beauty. - Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Knowledge of social media trends and digital platforms. - Appreciation for fragrances and the beauty industry. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
