Job Title: Content Creator Role Summary: Produce, edit and distribute high‑impact visual content for Instagram and TikTok, collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams to support brand storytelling and community growth. Expectations: Deliver consistently engaging, on‑brand social media assets that reflect current fashion and digital trends while meeting strategic objectives and engagement metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, shoot and edit video and audio content across social platforms, including posts, reels, stories, animated gifs, and long‑form videos. - Collaborate with the Founder, Creative Director, and Marketing Team to translate creative concepts into polished media. - Self‑direct shoots, maintaining brand identity and visual consistency across all projects. - Conduct research on industry, fashion, lifestyle and platform trends; present insights and recommend new engagement strategies. - Interpret engagement analytics with the Social Media Director to refine content and optimize performance. - Ideate fresh content concepts, pitch ideas, and manage the end‑to‑end production pipeline from concept to rollout. - Maintain an organized repository of assets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Required Skills: - 3–5 years of hands‑on experience producing and editing social media video content with a strong fashion/luxury aesthetic. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.) and advanced video/audio editing. - Strong visual communication skills, eye for brand aesthetics, and ability to self‑direct creative shoots. - Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to inform content strategy. - Excellent verbal, listening and written communication; confident presentation to senior leadership. - Detail‑oriented, multitasking in a fast‑paced creative environment. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of collaborating across diverse teams while fostering an upbeat atmosphere.
