**Job Title:** Salesforce Architect
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. Drive architectural strategy, establish best‑practice standards, and oversee solution development and deployment to ensure scalable, secure, and performance‑optimized applications.
**Expacations (Responsibilities & Outcomes):**
- Deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
- Maintain consistent architectural guidelines and enforce quality controls across projects.
- Mentor and guide development and administration teams to uphold coding and configuration standards.
- Ensure timely, risk‑managed delivery of integrations, customizations, and data models.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect scalable, secure Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Field Service, Public Sector, MuleSoft).
- Define and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, data models, and automation workflows.
- Design integrations with external systems using middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, and other interface tools.
- Lead change‑management processes for application code and configuration updates.
- Review designs, code, and deployments; conduct code reviews and enforce release practices.
- Resolve complex configuration, integration, and custom‑development issues.
- Document technical designs, processes, and solutions.
- Develop proposals, estimates, and roadmaps for new Salesforce initiatives.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, ecosystem trends, and emerging technologies.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security models, data modeling, and platform capabilities.
- Expertise in Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, middleware, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, database management, and enterprise software architecture.
- Advanced problem‑solving and troubleshooting for complex technical challenges.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and requirements‑gathering from business stakeholders.
- Experience in consulting, managing offshore teams, and public‑sector implementations (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years as a Salesforce Architect with a track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer) are strongly preferred.
