**Role Summary**
Shape and execute Kolleno’s content strategy for the U.K. and U.S. markets, crafting AI‑centric financial operations stories that build brand authority and drive engagement among CFOs and finance leaders.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a clear, scalable content roadmap that aligns with product launches, sales enablement, and market differentiation.
- Use AI tools to ideate, optimize, and personalize content at scale.
- Drive measurable growth in awareness, SEO, and lead generation.
- Manage freelance contributors and internal workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, write, edit, and publish high‑impact pieces: thought leadership, whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design to transform insights into compelling narratives and multimedia assets.
- Maintain content calendars, editorial workflows, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, SEO, conversion) and adjust strategy.
- Champion Kolleno’s voice, positioning the company as the AI‑powered operating system for financial operations.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers to scale content production when required.
- Mentor and evaluate content contributors for quality and brand alignment.
**Required Skills**
- 3–6 years of content marketing/editorial experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech, with a proven record of high‑impact strategies.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability tailored to finance audiences.
- Proficiency in AI‑powered content tools (e.g., generative AI, NLP, personalization platforms).
- Data‑driven mindset: experience with traffic analytics, SEO, and campaign optimization.
- Project management skills: managing calendars, workflows, and cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to synthesize market/customer feedback into actionable messaging.
