**Job Title** Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end integrated marketing execution across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring coordinated campaign delivery, rigorous processes, and measurable impact. Act as the central hub for cross‑functional coordination with brand, product, content, paid, and digital teams, and drive operational excellence for scalable, high‑quality marketing initiatives. **Expectations** - Deliver complex, multi‑channel campaigns on time, within budget, and with maximum ROI. - Implement repeatable frameworks, calendars, and reporting to support continuous growth. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including agencies and sponsorship clients. - Champion learning and process improvement through retrospectives and data‑driven insights. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and manage integrated marketing campaigns (B2B & B2C) from brief to launch, ensuring alignment across all channels. - Develop and maintain a centralized marketing calendar and campaign framework that scales across multiple geographies. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (content, performance, product marketing, CRM, sales support) to meet deadlines and quality standards. - Partner with commercial stakeholders to enable timely asset and messaging delivery to internal teams. - Lead project scoping, resource planning, status reporting, and budget oversight for concurrent campaigns. - Build and present KPI dashboards, performance reports, and post‑campaign insights for stakeholders. - Manage sponsorship activation briefs, creative handoffs, and asset tracking with external agencies. - Facilitate campaign retrospectives, capture lessons learned, and recommend process enhancements. **Required Skills** - Proven integrated marketing campaign management (B2B & B2C). - Strong project management, scheduling, and resource allocation abilities. - Excellent stakeholder and cross‑functional collaboration skills. - Data‑driven approach: KPI development, performance analysis, and reporting. - Process design and operational implementation. - Familiarity with sponsorship marketing and agency partnership management. - Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, automation platforms, analytics). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
