Job Description: Job Title: Junior Product Manager Role Summary: Support the Marketing Director in managing and evolving the company's private-label and distributed product portfolio, including market research, sales analysis, sourcing, merchandising, and communication tools, to drive product growth and brand visibility. Expectations: - Entry-level candidate (intern, apprenticeship, or first professional role) in product marketing or related field. - Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take on increasing responsibility under guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market studies and analyze sales data to inform product decisions. - Identify and evaluate product suppliers; manage sourcing activities. - Oversee merchandising tools and support in-store display strategies. - Assist in creating sales tools, communication materials, and packaging concepts. - Prepare presentation materials for stakeholders. - Maintain and update product databases. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic initiatives.
