Job Description
**Job Title**: Inside Sales Representative **Role Summary**: Provides direct support to Regional Sales Managers by developing relationships with existing and prospective customers, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring sales strategies align with company policies and growth targets. **Expectations**: Collaborate cross-functionally, maintain quality standards, proactively identify sales opportunities, and deliver timely administrative and strategic support to sales operations. **Key Responsibilities**: - Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to provide product guidance and technical support. - Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and contracts in alignment with company policies and customer requirements. - Facilitate account closure by responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and entering/maintaining data in internal systems. - Collaborate with operations, finance, and external sales teams to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and customer communication. - Generate proactive outbound leads through cold calls and emails while following up on inbound inquiries. - Recommend value-added products/services and communicate their technical benefits to customers. **Required Skills**: - Exceptional verbal and written communication for customer and internal stakeholder interactions. - Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM/database systems. - Problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot customer issues and optimize processes. - Customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and drive sales outcomes. **Required Education & Certifications**: - High School diploma or equivalent. - 2–4+ years of sales experience (inside/outside roles).
