Job Description
**Job Title:** Freelance HubSpot Specialist **Role Summary:** Short‑term, remote contractor responsible for consolidating revenue‑related workflows, data, and reporting from ChurnZero and Gong into a unified HubSpot ecosystem. Works with Revenue Operations and Sales teams to audit, map, migrate, configure, and document the new system while ensuring data integrity and functional parity. **Expectations:** - Deliver a complete migration plan and execute within the agreed timeline. - Maintain data accuracy and continuity of reporting throughout the project. - Provide clear documentation and brief training for internal stakeholders. - Communicate proactively across CET, GMT, or ET time zones and work independently. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Audit existing integrations and workflows among HubSpot, ChurnZero, and Gong. 2. Map and migrate core processes (call recording, lead scoring, product usage tracking, lifecycle management, activity logging, automations, dashboards). 3. Configure HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to replicate legacy functionality. 4. Create or update custom properties, workflows, dashboards, and reports as needed. 5. Validate data migration for accuracy and alignment with business requirements. 6. Produce documentation of new configurations and migration steps. 7. Deliver light training sessions to Revenue Operations and Sales teams. **Required Skills:** - Proven implementation and optimization of HubSpot (incl. Sales and Service Hubs). - Deep knowledge of HubSpot workflows, automation, and reporting tools. - Hands‑on experience migrating data from revenue/enablement platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Gong, Salesforce, Outreach). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear technical documentation. - Self‑managed remote work style; comfortable collaborating across CET, GMT, or ET time zones. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - HubSpot Certification(s) preferred (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Sales Software, Service Software).
