Job Description
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Project Manager **Role Summary:** Oversee high-value, technically complex manufacturing projects from quotation through production and delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with specifications. **Expectations:** - 4+ years in manufacturing project management or production engineering. - Experience in CNC machining, sheet metal, or 3D printing preferred. - Proven ability to validate quotes, manage supplier/customer stakeholders, and resolve non-conformances. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage full lifecycle of projects, balancing cost, lead time, and supplier capabilities. - Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to review technical documentation (drawings, tolerances, materials). - Assign projects to manufacturing partners based on capability and capacity. - Monitor production progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks proactively. - Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Track supplier performance metrics (quality, delivery, compliance). - Partner with operations and supply chain teams to optimize processes. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in manufacturing drawings, GD&T, and machining processes. - Quote validation and costing expertise for precision-engineered parts. - Stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation. - Analytical problem-solving and multi-tasking in variable environments. - Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, ERP) advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
