Internal & Executive Communications Manager
Role Summary
Strategically develop, execute, and manage internal and executive communications initiatives across corporate functions to enhance employee experience, reinforce organization culture, and align messaging with business goals.
Expectations
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of internal communication plans for key corporate departments (Legal, HR, Real Estate).
- Act as trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, design, and technical teams to integrate communication assets.
- Deliver measurable improvements in engagement and comprehension through data‑driven insights and AI‑powered workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies supporting enterprise and functional initiatives, including AI and digital transformation.
- Create, edit, and distribute materials via newsletters, intranet, emails, webcasts, and employee meetings.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal channel mixes for target audiences.
- Serve as liaison between corporate functions and cross‑functional communicators.
- Collaborate with shared services (web, graphic design, event planning) on key initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on communication effectiveness; provide actionable recommendations.
- Build AI Microsoft Copilot agents and Power Automate workflows to streamline content delivery and increase impact.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to craft clear, persuasive narratives.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with a proven track record of delivering complex plans on schedule.
- Expertise in internal and executive communications, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationship building.
- Proficient with AI and digital analytics tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, SmartSheet, Staffbase, SharePoint, Viva Engage, MS Teams.
- Experience deploying AI agents and automated workflows to enhance communication efficiency.
- Data‑analysis capability to inform decisions and assess impact.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of internal, executive, and/or external communications experience; healthcare industry experience preferred.
