**Job Title:** Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of localized marketing programs to drive growth for franchised locations. Focus on fostering community engagement, optimizing franchise marketing strategies, and managing omni-channel campaigns to increase brand visibility, traffic, and loyalty.
**Expectations**
- Develop and refine scalable local marketing platforms, tools, and campaigns (including digital, sponsorship, and community activation).
- Coach franchise owners on marketing best practices, third-party delivery platform optimization, and campaign execution.
- Oversee store grand opening marketing programs, including paid media, PR, and community engagement.
- Deliver data-driven insights, case studies, and benchmarks to enhance marketing ROI and franchise performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, deploy, and improve local store marketing toolkit with resources for franchise partners.
- Conduct franchise marketing reviews and provide actionable guidance for campaign optimization.
- Lead grand opening programs, coordinating media, PR, and community events to launch locations successfully.
- Manage cross-functional projects with timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to identify trends, evaluate investment ROI, and share best practices.
**Required Skills**
- Proven track record in multi-unit franchise marketing with experience in digital advertising, paid social, and local promotions.
- Strong coaching and communication abilities to mentor franchise owners and agency partners.
- Proficiency in project management, multi-tasking, and timeline adherence.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign performance, evaluate investment returns, and drive data-based decisions.
- Collaborative mindset to work across marketing, IT, franchise development, and agency teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent (e.g., Google Analytics, PMP) preferred.
