Job Description

**Job Title:** Retail Sales Associate (Full‑Time) **Role Summary:** Support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Serve as an ambassador for the brand, provide fashion guidance, and maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure efficient store operations. **Expectations:** - Dynamic, upbeat, and passionate about fashion. - Strong service orientation with the ability to build customer relationships. - Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven retail environment. - Willingness to learn and adhere to corporate merchandising standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet customers, offer styling advice, and drive sales of footwear products. - Manage in‑store merchandising, including visual displays and shelf stock levels. - Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the back‑room and on the floor. - Execute the store’s layout and merchandising plans, following company guidelines. - Perform daily inventory checks, replenish stock, and manage returns/exchanges. - Assist in training new team members and maintaining shop floor standards. - Track and report sales performance, key indicators, and customer feedback to the Store Manager. **Required Skills:** - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Basic math proficiency and cash‑handling competence. - Knowledge of current fashion trends, with a focus on footwear. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Basic computer and POS system proficiency. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Prior retail or sales experience preferred; no mandatory certifications required.
