Job Description

**Job Title:** Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web and API solutions that power a healthcare platform. Own end‑to‑end feature delivery, collaborate across product, operations, clinical, and compliance teams, and advance technical excellence in cloud, AI, and data security. **Expectations:** 2‑5 years of professional software development; strong command of Typescript and Python; experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms; proven ability to manage full lifecycle delivery; familiarity with product‑led development. Prior work in healthcare or startup environments is preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the development lifecycle from concept to launch, including scope definition, coding, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, clinical, compliance, product) to translate real‑world problems into technical solutions. - Lead technical design discussions, conduct spikes, and implement scalable, secure architectures. - Write clean, maintainable code and unit/integration tests; perform code reviews. - Continuously improve engineering processes and adopt emerging technologies (AI, ML, cloud). - Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders clearly and proactively. **Required Skills:** - Full‑stack web development with Typescript and Python. - API design and implementation. - Cloud architecture using AWS (or equivalent). - Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code. - Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and performance tuning abilities. - Effective communication and teamwork across diverse teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Professional certifications in cloud or software development are a plus.
