Job Description: **Job Title:** AWS DevOps Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and DevOps practices in a cloud-native environment, focusing on AWS, microservices, and security-compliant systems for connected vehicle programs. **Expectations:** 5+ years in IT with mastery in one of the following: IaC (Terraform), AWS cloud engineering, CI/CD (Git/Argo), or Kubernetes-based microservices. Requires Agile/Scrum familiarity and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and maintain secure, scalable IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Argo CD). - Deploy, monitor, and optimize AWS systems (VPC, EKS, IAM) for connected vehicle tech. - Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce compliance and reduce risk. - Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and microservices issues. - Peer review code, implement system reliability principles, and mentor team members. - Adapt to new tools and technologies to enhance deployment automation. **Required Skills:** - AWS Services: IAM, VPC, EKS, CloudFront, API Gateway. - IaC: Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation. - CI/CD: GitLab CI (preferred), Argo CD, Jenkins. - Orchestration: Kubernetes (debugging), Helm. - Scripting: Bash/Shell, Python. - Agile methodologies (JIRA). **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
