Job Description: **Job Title:** Analyst - Real Estate Investments & Development **Role Summary:** Support investment, development, and asset management activities for luxury real estate projects, including underwriting, market analysis, and transaction execution. Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate and execute high-end hospitality/resort-residential opportunities. **Expectations:** 1–3 years in real estate, finance, or development; analytical aptitude; proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; interest in luxury real estate. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct investment underwriting, financial modeling, and feasibility analysis for development/acquisition opportunities. - Prepare market research, STR reports, and competitive analyses to support project decisions. - Assist with transaction documentation (LOIs, term sheets, redlines) and investor reporting (quarterly updates, presentations). - Track portfolios, perform ad-hoc financial analysis, and maintain internal reports. -Coordinate site visits and project travel; collaborate cross-functionally with design, construction, and finance teams. **Required Skills:** - Financial modeling, Microsoft Excel (Argus preferred). - Analytical/quantitative problem-solving; attention to detail. - Strong written/verbal communication; cross-functional teamwork. - Intellectual curiosity and self-initiative in learning investment lifecycle. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
