**Job Title:** Franchise Business Consultant **Role Summary:** Provide strategic leadership and operational expertise to franchisees to achieve business goals, ensure brand consistency, and drive profitability. Oversee franchise operations across territories, collaborating with internal teams to optimize performance and support growth. **Expectations:** Full-time, 85% travel required (overnight trips). Flexibility in hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead franchisees and operators in achieving sales, profitability, and operational targets. - Foster brand culture (respect, teamwork, quality) across all locations. - Resolve franchisee challenges promptly, including guest service issues and operational feedback. - Partner with company leadership to develop and execute strategies across marketing, operations, training, and supply chain. - Conduct regular store assessments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, policies, and profitability metrics. - Develop and implement reporting tools to analyze operational performance and guide decision-making. - Support new store openings and pre-opening operations according to budget and quality standards. - Train and advise franchisees on financial management, shift planning, food safety, and customer service. - Manage supply chain operations, procurement, and distribution for assigned territories. **Required Skills:** - Strong leadership and franchisee relationship-building capabilities. - Advanced verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills. - Multi-unit operational expertise in quick-serve/restaurant (QSR/FSR) environments. - Financial proficiency in budgeting, P&L analysis, and data-driven decision-making. - In-depth knowledge of food service standards, health compliance, and quality assurance. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in restaurant management or related field. - 10+ years of progressive multi-unit operations leadership experience, including 10+ years in pre-opening. - Proven track record in optimizing franchise performance and driving sales growth. - Certifications: Not specified (ATS-neutral).
