Job Description
**Job Title** International Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary** Provide high‑level administrative, operational, and creative support to the VP and the international marketing team for a global music organization. Coordinate schedules, travel, and meeting materials across multiple time zones, track global campaigns and release schedules, manage departmental tools, and assist in the rollout of international marketing campaigns for music releases and artist projects. **Expectations** * Work 4 days onsite (Mon‑Thu) with flexible remote Fridays. * Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion with sensitive information. * Demonstrate a global mindset, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for music and storytelling. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Administrative & Executive Support** - Manage dynamic calendar and schedule cross‑time‑zone meetings. - Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reports. - Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations for internal and external audiences. - Serve as liaison between VP, internal departments, and external partners. 2. **Operational Support** - Track global campaign milestones, release dates, and deliverables. - Maintain and update department tools (Airtable, Smartsheet, SharePoint); manage contact lists and global release trackers. - Coordinate international market meetings, calls, team off‑sites, and events. - Act as point of contact for invoice processing, vendor set‑up, and budget tracking with Finance. 3. **Creative & Marketing Coordination** - Assist in launching international marketing campaigns for soundtracks, catalog, and artist projects. - Gather, distribute, and archive international marketing assets, performance reports, and promotional materials. - Facilitate communication between regional teams and U.S. headquarters. **Required Skills** * 1+ year administrative or coordinator experience in entertainment (music, film, or media). * Experience supporting senior executives in a global or corporate environment. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Airtable, Smartsheet, SharePoint). * Global mindset with sensitivity to cultural nuances. * Diplomacy, people‑skills, and enthusiasm for music and cross‑cultural marketing. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
