About the Company

Resultance is a consulting group originally founded in Luxembourg and now operating across several European countries, including France, Belgium, and the UK.

Our mission is to help our clients achieve their objectives by delivering measurable, concrete results. What sets us apart is our commitment to outcomes: we share the risks by linking a significant portion of our fees to the results and tangible value we generate.

We work hand in hand with our clients to drive and implement their transformation goals. Beyond strategy and concepts, we ensure pragmatic, business-relevant solutions are effectively put into practice. This requires our consultants to be experts in two key areas: process engineering and the ability to facilitate change productively.

Our expertise spans operational excellence, supply chain optimization, change management, digital transformation, and sustainable transition. We take pride in our ability to tackle challenges across industries, with a strong presence in the industrial sector, life sciences, public sector, financial services, retail, and construction.
