**Job Title:** Business Development Manager **Role Summary:** Drive on‑premise sales growth by prospecting, acquiring, and onboarding new outlets within a designated territory. Manage end‑to‑end account setup, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets while aligning with Coke Florida’s market goals. **Expactations:** - Secure new business and grow existing accounts. - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call activity metrics. - Ensure seamless transition of new outlets into existing routing and replenishment systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Use prospecting tools to generate leads and secure new, competitive accounts. - Qualify outlet opportunities, assess placement quality, and perform financial analysis (IRR, marketing agreements). - Propose appropriate brands, packages, and equipment to meet customer needs. - Coordinate account setup, equipment and product deliveries, and follow‑up to guarantee satisfaction. - Transition new outlets to existing routing and replenishment structures. - Track and report on call activity and performance against goals. - Collaborate with integrated account teams across divisions. - Support Bottler market goals and activation initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Direct sales, commission sales, or account management experience (5+ years). - Proven “hunter” ability to acquire new business and expand customer base. - Strong relationship management skills with complex accounts. - Proficiency in prospecting, lead generation, and financial analysis. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred. - Valid driver’s license, clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years). - Personal vehicle with liability insurance, used for business travel. - Knowledge of on‑premise and beverage category preferred. ---
