**Job Title** Social Media Content Creator – Fashion Accessories **Role Summary** Create, film, and edit short‑form social media content (Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok) for a fashion accessories brand. Conceptualize and produce engaging product showcases, tutorials, and lifestyle clips, ensuring alignment with brand voice and trend dynamics. **Expectations** - Deliver weekly new videos across platforms. - Conceptualize, shoot, and edit content independently. - Adapt brand messaging to native platform formats. - Maintain consistency with brand tone and product priorities. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, design, and marketing teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Ideate and produce original social‑first videos for product launches and seasonal campaigns. - Shoot short‑form video content (both behind‑camera and camera‑facing). - Edit footage focusing on hooks, pacing, visuals, motion graphics, and captions. - Pitch new content ideas weekly, balancing proven formats with experimental concepts. - Stay current on cultural trends, meme cycles, and algorithm changes. - Create supporting assets (static graphics, carousels, GIFs, community stories). - Coordinate with in‑house creators and marketing managers to align content with broader strategies. - Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and creative direction. **Required Skills** - ≥4 years of social media content strategy and production. - ≥2 years of iPhone photography/videography. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and CapCut. - Strong understanding of brand‑centric social strategy and consumer trends. - Excellent communication and copywriting abilities. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset. - Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Video Production, or related field (preferred). - Portfolio of photos or videos produced for social media required. - No mandatory certifications; relevant coursework or training in video production, editing, and social media strategy is advantageous.
