**Job Title:** Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer (COO/CFO)
**Role Summary:**
Strategic leader responsible for integrating finance and operations across a fast‑growing hospitality and retail brand. Partner with the Founder to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and scalable growth across multiple locations in the UK and Ireland.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting aligned with growth objectives.
- Ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and high performance across all sites.
- Build and implement scalable systems, KPIs, and processes to support expansion.
- Foster a strong culture and mentor senior managers.
- Manage key external relationships with suppliers, banks, and investors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead group finance: budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and investor reporting.
- Oversee multi‑site operations, including performance monitoring, standards compliance, and cost control.
- Design and implement scalable operational systems, KPI frameworks, and reporting tools.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, banking facilities, and investor communications.
- Mentor and develop managers, shaping organizational culture and talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with the Founder on strategic planning, market expansion, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and accounting standards across jurisdictions.

- Relevant certifications in financial management or operational excellence are a plus.
