Job Description: Job Title Project Manager Role Summary Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT infrastructure & services projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope, on‑budget completion while maintaining high client satisfaction and adherence to PMO governance. Expectations * Deliver projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget. * Maintain strong client relationships and executive communication. * Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and effective risk management. * Contribute to margin protection and change control. Key Responsibilities * Manage 12–16 concurrent projects (100–300+ hours each). * Develop, maintain, and update project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Serve as the primary client liaison and project point of contact. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. * Ensure compliance with PMO standards, governance, and financial controls. * Provide accurate status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. * Facilitate change control and protect project margin. Required Skills * 3–7 years managing infrastructure & IT service projects. * Strong verbal and written communication; leadership capability. * Proven risk management and customer‑service orientation. * Accountability and ownership mindset. * Familiarity with PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise). * Availability for after‑hours coverage when needed. Required Education & Certifications * PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred; not mandatory). * Agile, PgMP, or similar certifications considered a plus. ---
