Job Title: Sales Representative Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by managing an established portfolio of accounts and proactively acquiring new customers across Ontario and Western Canada. Achieve volume and gross‑margin targets through strategic account planning, relationship building with senior‑level decision makers, and closing complex sales opportunities. Expactations: - Deliver annual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. - Maintain and expand existing client relationships, ensuring high‑level satisfaction. - Identify and secure new business within current accounts and identify cross‑sell/upsell opportunities. - Consistently meet forecasted revenue and margin goals. Key Responsibilities: - Build and sustain long‑term relationships with C‑suite and key stakeholders. - Execute a defined sales process, creating account plans for high‑potential clients. - Monitor account performance, develop gap‑closing plans for under‑performing accounts, and adjust activity levels accordingly. - Keep sales pipeline current, capturing all relevant customer interactions and information. - Manage complex deals, including credit approvals and pricing structures. - Forecast short‑term opportunities (30/60 days) and identify retention risks, developing mitigation strategies. - Participate in scheduled sales management meetings. - Respond to customer requests and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues (orders, billing, technical support). Required Skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other sales CRM systems. - Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization abilities. - Detail‑oriented with the capability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. - Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and cross‑functional teams. - Experience in the petroleum industry is an asset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 5–10 years of relevant sales, marketing, and customer‑service experience.
