About the Company

Radiant System is an international company with offices in Prague, Czech Republic, and Moscow, Russia. From 2010 to 2015 we used to be an official certified OTRS AG partner. During these 5 years we became experts in OTRS solutions and gained an immensely valuable experience in OTRS professional services, including consulting, implementation, support, training and custom development. We also developed a large number of original add-ons, which quickly became very popular among our clients. As of 2016, we decided to go our own way. The natural next step was to develop a series of new, unique add-ons based on OTRS - our New Customer Portal is the very best example of our latest achievements. And this is not all we have in our rich arsenal!
