The specialist will drive prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline development, and sales process optimization while representing the company in the local tech ecosystem. **Expectations:** - Canadian citizen or permanent resident, aged < 30. - “Hunter” mentality with comfort in cold outreach and building pipelines from scratch. - Strong verbal and written communication; able to engage senior decision‑makers. - High curiosity for B2B SaaS and artificial‑intelligence markets; self‑motivated and results‑oriented. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and outreach to target decision‑makers (e.g., Sales Enablement Managers, HR Directors, Revenue Officers) across priority industries. - Lead discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points and validate Ideal Customer Profiles in real time. - Design, execute, and iterate outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to generate qualified pipeline. - Develop and refine sales tools, templates, outreach workflows, and engagement cadences to accelerate deal closure. - Represent the company at local tech events and monthly Tech Socials to expand network and brand visibility. - Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams on market insights and value‑prop performance. **Required Skills:** - Proven prospecting and cold‑calling abilities. - Experience conducting discovery calls and qualifying B2B leads. - Strong pipeline management and CRM usage (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Ability to create sales collateral, outreach sequences, and process documentation. - Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. - Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and AI‑focused solutions preferred. - Initiative to experiment with messaging and tactics, analyze results, and adjust quickly. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. - No specific certifications required; sales or SaaS‑related training advantageous.
