Job Description
Job title: HR Development Officer Role Summary: Support all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, personnel administration, and HR project implementation, to ensure efficient operations and strategic HR initiatives. Expactations: - Execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. - Manage training budgets and logistics. - Administer personnel contracts, legal compliance, and career development tracking. - Lead and support HR projects (well‑being, employer brand, inter‑school partnerships). - Collaborate on cross‑functional initiatives (internal communication, general services, CSR, social media). Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with managers throughout recruitment. - Plan and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires. - Handle personnel administration: contracts, legal matters, benefits, and career paths. - Track HR metrics, maintain accurate personnel records, and generate reports. - Drive HR projects focused on employee well‑being, employer branding, and partnership development. - Support internal communication, general services, CSR activities, and social media presence. Required Skills: - HR generalist knowledge (recruitment, onboarding, training, administration). - Strong understanding of labor law and personnel administration. - Excellent communication, diplomacy, and confidentiality management. - Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to prioritize tasks. - Team‑player attitude, collaborative spirit, and adaptability to dynamic environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bac + 3/5). - Prior experience in an HR generalist role preferred.
