Job title: Full Stack Consultant
Role Summary:
Deliver end‑to‑end software solutions on the Microsoft stack, combining backend (.NET, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server) and frontend (Angular, with additional experience in React, Blazor, HTML/CSS/TypeScript) skills. Work directly with clients to translate business requirements into scalable, high‑performance applications, including cloud (Azure) and emerging AI/data integrations.
Expectations:
- Own the full delivery lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Actively consult with clients, asking probing questions to uncover needs and present technically sound, business‑impactful solutions.
- Stay current with .NET, cloud, AI, and front‑end trends; continuously improve personal and team practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable .NET applications and front‑end interfaces.
- Integrate Azure services (App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB, etc.) and, where relevant, AI/ML components.
- Write clean, maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, unit/integration testing, and performance optimization.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide mentorship, and participate in knowledge sharing sessions.
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Required Skills:
- 4–5 years of professional experience in the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core/5+, Entity Framework, SQL Server).
- Strong proficiency in Angular; experience with React, Blazor, HTML, CSS, TypeScript is advantageous.
- Practical knowledge of Azure Cloud services; familiarity with other cloud platforms is a plus.
- Interest and basic understanding of AI, data, and automation in software solutions.
- Client‑centric consultancy mindset, problem‑solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, .NET Fundamentals, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
