Job title: Creative Strategist
Role Summary:
Lead the conception, development, and delivery of creative strategies for diverse clients, translating briefs into visual, actionable frameworks while steering end‑to‑end project execution. Serve as the primary client liaison and internal collaborator, ensuring alignment between strategy, creative output, and business objectives.
Expectations:
• Develop clear, actionable creative concepts and strategy documents that reflect client goals and brand positioning.
• Communicate confidently with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate client briefs into strategic approaches, moodboards, and Figma‑based documents.
• Produce internal and external strategy briefs for handover to production and creative teams.
• Own client communications, ensuring transparency and engagement.
• Present concepts, progress, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to integrate strategic clarity with creative excellence.
• Monitor industry trends, audience insights, and platform best practices to inform strategy.
• Support the Founder & New Business Lead with updates, insights, and alignment.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or project management within a production, content, or agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of brand storytelling, audience engagement, and content strategy.
• Exceptional visual communication and graphic design proficiency (Figma or equivalent).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with creative execution.
• Proactive problem‑solving and collaborative mindset.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• No mandatory certifications, though experience with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and design suites is preferred.
