Collaborate across a complex, matrix‑led structure to align technology initiatives with regional and global business priorities, while building high‑performance teams and driving continuous innovation. **Expactations** - Deliver results within a 6‑month freelance term while ensuring smooth transition and handover. - Maintain clear communication with regional and global stakeholders, balancing local needs with enterprise standards. - Foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and rapid iteration. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute the regional IT vision, ensuring alignment with global strategy. - Manage digital transformation projects, improving operational efficiency and customer experience. - Build and sustain a talent pipeline: recruit, coach, and develop team members; implement succession plans. - Drive change management: champion new technologies, address resistance, and embed continuous improvement. - Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, ensuring reliability, security, and regulatory compliance. - Control the regional technology budget, optimizing resource allocation for short‑ and long‑term goals. - Engage cross‑functional stakeholders (regional business leaders, external partners, global tech teams) to secure consensus and support. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leadership, translating complex technical solutions into business value. **Required Skills** - Strategic leadership and vision setting in technology. - Proven expertise in digital transformation and enterprise IT implementation. - Strong change‑management, stakeholder influence, and communication abilities. - Experience managing teams within a matrix‑led organization, with a focus on succession planning. - Project management acumen, delivering projects on time and within budget. - Ability to interpret and apply emerging technology trends to business contexts. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred). - Relevant IT leadership certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISM, or similar) desirable.
