Job Description: Job title: Creative Strategist Role Summary: Part‑time (20 hrs/week) remote creative strategist responsible for developing and optimizing performance‑driven marketing concepts for two brands: Skull Bliss (traditional craft) and Noro Arts (contemporary design). Expectations: - Deliver measurable creative growth on Meta and occasional other digital platforms. - Replicate prior campaign successes through data‑driven insight. - Maintain a consistent brand voice across video and image formats. Key Responsibilities: - Design end‑to‑end creative strategies for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other paid platforms. - Write actionable creative briefs and collaborate with designers, video editors, and videographers. - Generate storylines, hooks, visual directions for new ads (video & image). - Identify test hypotheses, track CTR, hook rate, ROAS, and implement iterative optimizations. - Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to uncover creative insights. - Conduct trend research to evolve brand creative directions. Required Skills: - Experience in performance‑driven creative strategy. - Strong analytical mindset linking data to creative decision‑making. - Proven brief‑writing and cross‑functional collaboration with performance and design teams. - Conceptual thinker skilled in storytelling, visual composition, and hooks for Facebook/Instagram. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or related field. - Certification in social media advertising (e.g., Meta Blueprint) preferred.
