AI B2B Program Coordinator (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Coordinate and drive AI‑focused B2B programs that accelerate digital transformation for partner companies. Define AI strategies, translate them into actionable plans with KPIs and budgets, support enterprises in AI adoption, nurture the local AI ecosystem, and deliver continuous performance monitoring and reporting.

- Achieve defined KPI targets for company adoption, event delivery, and program visibility.
- Ensure high satisfaction among participating firms and maintain GDPR‑compliant data handling.
- Provide timely strategic and technology‑trend insights to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement AI strategy with institutional partners and experts.
- Create and manage operational action plans (objectives, KPIs, budget).
- Offer consultancy services (diagnostics, audits, tool selection, deployment guidance) to SMEs.
- Design, produce, and deliver training materials and workshops on AI adoption.
- Build and maintain a knowledge base (guides, best‑practice documents, case studies).
- Foster collaboration among companies, research institutions, solution providers, and funders; organize conferences, workshops, and networking events.
- Track program performance metrics (companies assisted, events held, beneficiary satisfaction, competitiveness improvements, program visibility).
- Conduct impact assessments, generate analytical reports, and present updates to program leadership.
- Perform continuous strategic/technological watch on AI models, tools, automation, cybersecurity, e‑commerce, and regulatory changes; produce briefs and recommendations.
**Required Skills**
- Deep understanding of corporate digital transformation and AI market trends.
- Proficiency with mainstream AI solutions (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) and open‑source models (HuggingFace, LM Studio).
- Experience evaluating, comparing, and recommending AI tools (code assistants, automation platforms, generative image/video engines).
- Strong project‑management and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
- Excellent pedagogical skills: simplify complex technical concepts, develop high‑quality training content, and facilitate interactive sessions.
- Outstanding analytical, synthesis, and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders, manage crises, and drive results.
- Fluent in French and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Awareness of data‑privacy regulations (GDPR).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Engineering degree or Master’s in IT, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, or Digital Economy;
- Equivalent professional training, specialized courses, or recognized certifications with demonstrable AI and enterprise‑support experience accepted.
