**Job Title**: Head of Marketing & Product Strategist
**Role Summary**
Lead the overall marketing strategy while driving the conception, positioning, and launch of AI‑powered SaaS solutions. Integrate brand, content, data‑driven growth tactics, and product innovation to accelerate company growth.
**Expectations**
* Establish a unified digital presence for the brand and its leaders.
* Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market plans for new SaaS and AI products.
* Drive cross‑functional collaboration between marketing, product, tech, and sales.
* Deliver measurable growth and retention KPIs for product adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Brand & Digital Strategy**
- Define and execute the group’s digital brand and influence strategy.
- Manage LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, white‑papers, and case studies.
- Coordinate product launch communications, events, and partnership announcements.
2. **Product & SaaS Innovation**
- Partner with engineering, data science, and commerce to design new SaaS/AI offerings.
- Set value propositions, go‑to‑market plans, and performance metrics (adoption, MRR, churn).
- Shape the product roadmap, prioritizing generative AI, automation, and ML.
3. **Market & Client Intelligence**
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging signals.
- Facilitate workshops, user tests, and partner collaborations to co‑create solutions.
- Provide sales enablement content and refine sales arguments.
4. **Partner Ecosystem Development**
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with SaaS vendors, AI firms, data providers, and agencies.
**Required Skills**
* Strategic marketing & product leadership in B2B SaaS/AI environments.
* Strong growth‑marketing mindset with data‑driven decision making.
* Expertise in content creation, storytelling, and digital brand management.
* Ability to translate market insights into product roadmaps and GTM plans.
* Excellent communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and leadership.
* Proficient in analytics tools, CRM, marketing automation, and marketing tech stack.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Technology, or related field.
* Professional certifications in digital marketing, product management, or SaaS metrics are a plus.
