Job Description

Job title: Senior Consultant – Anaplan Role Summary: Senior Consultant responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Anaplan-based solutions for enterprise clients. Translates complex business requirements into actionable Anaplan models and dashboards, offers strategic guidance on platform capabilities, and mentors junior consultants to elevate internal expertise. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality Anaplan solutions that align with stakeholders’ financial, operational, and IT objectives. Maintain clear communication with cross‑functional teams, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and models are scalable. Exhibit a consultative mindset, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and sharing best practices within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end‑to‑end Anaplan solution development, from requirement gathering to model build, testing, and production rollout. - Translate business scenarios into Anaplan architecture, including data models, formulas, user rules, and security. - Create insightful dashboards and reporting tools that support executive decision‑making. - Advise clients on platform best practices, optimization, and advanced features. - Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with strategic goals. - Mentor and coach junior consultants; contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives and internal documentation. Required Skills: - 3+ years of experience building Anaplan solutions. - Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred. - Relevant Anaplan certifications (e.g., Anaplan Professional, Advanced Solutions Architect) are a plus.
