Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Executive – Courts (Remote) **Role Summary:** Sells SaaS solutions for public safety and court system management, generating, developing, and closing new and renewal sales. Acts as the primary contact for assigned accounts, maintains a robust pipeline, negotiates pricing, and meets sales quotas. **Expectations:** - Hunter mentality: proactive prospecting and pipeline generation. - Achieve and exceed set sales quotas. - Deliver measurable results in closed deals and renewal rates. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and long‑term account health. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams on trends and feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as main contact for customer accounts in the courts sector. - Sell and renew SaaS subscriptions; upsell to existing customers. - Conduct inbound/outbound calls and perform virtual demos. - Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals. - Accurately process orders and manage CRM data. - Track, monitor, and report sales metrics and trends. - Build and nurture relationships to secure repeat business. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the sales pipeline. - Collaborate cross‑functionally on product positioning and customer feedback. **Required Skills:** - 5–7 years software sales/ account management experience. - Deep understanding of court systems and related industry trends. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication. - Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM, Microsoft Office, and SaaS concepts. - Self‑motivated, resilient, and coachable. - Bilingual English/Spanish desirable. - Team‑oriented, collaborative approach to client and internal engagement. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related field. - No specific certifications required, but experience with Salesforce or SaaS sales tools advantageous.
