Job Description: Job Title: Digital Content Support Specialist – Web and Email Role Summary: Partner with cross‑functional marketing teams to develop, produce, and deliver web and email content that aligns with campaign strategy and brand voice. Expectations: 5‑day onsite contract (December 2025 – March 2027) for maternity leave replacement; strong collaboration, initiative, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Create and edit blog posts, website copy, and email copy in various tones and formats. - Conduct research to produce accurate, engaging content. - Apply SEO best practices to written assets. - Manage and update content across CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, ContentStack, Cloudinary). - Coordinate with designers and developers using Office 365 and Canva. - Track content performance metrics and report findings. - Support email marketing campaigns and digital advertising initiatives. - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and style standards. Required Skills: - Exceptional written communication, grammar, and style. - Adaptability to multiple content formats. - Proficiency with Office 365, Canva, and at least one CMS. - Basic SEO knowledge. - Strong research, organization, and project management. - Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics. - Collaborative, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset.
