**Job Title:** Sales & Marketing Director – Luxury Hotel & Suites
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategy for a 5‑star luxury hotel, focusing on premium suite inventory and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) guests. Drive brand positioning, digital campaigns, media relations, and strategic partnerships across key international markets to maximize occupancy, revenue, and brand desirability.
**Expectations:**
- 5–10 years of senior sales and marketing experience in 5‑star hotels or palace‑type properties.
- Proven network and revenue generation in the United States, United Arab Emirates, Europe, and Asian markets (China, South Korea, Japan).
- Demonstrated ability to open and grow new luxury market segments.
- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and results‑driven attitude.
- Fluency in French and English; additional language (Spanish, Arabic, German) is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Define and implement a luxury‑focused sales & marketing strategy for the hotel’s brand and suite portfolio.
2. Oversee brand identity, digital marketing, press relations, and strategic partnership development.
3. Target and expand priority markets (US, Middle East, Europe, Asia) and identify high‑potential emerging markets.
4. Design and sell personalized suite packages and bespoke experiences for UHNW clientele.
5. Manage relationships with luxury travel agencies, private concierges, VIP partners, and international prescribers (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature, Internova, FHR).
6. Collaborate with Communication, Digital, and Revenue Management teams to boost visibility and desirability.
7. Lead, coach, and coordinate the local Sales & Marketing team and align actions with regional and global groups.
8. Represent the hotel at luxury trade shows, events, and roadshows as brand ambassador.
9. Track commercial performance, prepare budgets and forecasts, and adjust tactics based on analytics.
**Required Skills:**
- Luxury hotel sales & marketing expertise, especially suite and exclusive service selling.
- Strong network in target markets and ability to develop new high‑value channels.
- Leadership and team‑development capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), channel managers, and luxury digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and financial acumen.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Hospitality Sales Professional, Digital Marketing certifications) are advantageous but not mandatory.
