Job Description
**Job Title**: Sales and Compliance Coordinator **Role Summary**: Support Go-To-Market operations through bid coordination, compliance assurance, and tool/system maintenance for sales and business processes. **Expectations**: Experience in bid management, compliance (ISO/quality assurance), cross-functional collaboration, innovation/startup/tech environments, and stakeholder coordination. Public sector sales or procurement experience preferred. **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinate bid lifecycle from initiation to submission and delivery handover. - Maintain compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO) and internal policies through audits and documentation. - Administer tools (SharePoint, Monday.com, Dynamics, etc.) for operational efficiency. - Track/provide bid progress reports to ensure compliance and timelines. - Identify process improvements for sales, bid, and GTM operations. - Support onboarding/offboarding for tools and system accessibility. - Conduct continuous market, competitor, and client need research. **Required Skills**: Strong organizational detail orientation; project management/multitasking; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and adaptability to new software. **Required Education & Certifications**: Degree/professional qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience; minimum SC clearance required (UK-specific eligibility criteria apply).
