Manage cross-functional teams, optimize project workflows, and ensure delivery of market-ready products. **Expectations:** - Translate customer requirements and sales strategies into actionable product development plans. - Proactively manage timelines, track deliverables, and mitigate risks to meet deadlines. - Leverage tools like Excel and ClickUp for project management and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Coordinate product development stages, ensuring alignment with sales and customer milestones. 2. Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying risks and flagging delays. 3. Prepare detailed product briefs integrating customer requirements, design, and sales input. 4. Act as liaison between customers, sales, and development teams to resolve issues and document meetings. 5. Manage sales orders, update documentation, and produce structured reports for decision-making. 6. Streamline processes by optimizing tools like ClickUp/Trello for cross-functional collaboration. **Required Skills:** - 2–4 years in project coordination, sales support, or product development (CPG, beauty, or retail). - Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation). - Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Trello). - Strong understanding of product development timelines and critical path management. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and cross-department communication skills. - Commercial awareness of retail, pricing, and product assortment dynamics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Development, or related field.
