Job Description
Job title: Customer Service Representative Role Summary: Provide end‑to‑end support for sales operations, including processing purchase orders, managing RMAs, shipping samples, and setting up new accounts in SAP/E‑DI. Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow‑up, and efficient use of company portals, while offering bilingual (English‑Mandarin) assistance to internal stakeholders. Expactations: - Process all sales‑related orders in SAP within specified timeframes. - Maintain accurate records and close the loop on shipments, samples, and replacements. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve order issues and track RMAs. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and verify purchase orders and credit memos in SAP. - Coordinate shipping of samples, parts, and replacement units, confirming delivery and documentation. - Set up new customer accounts and complete required paperwork via the company portal. - Track and resolve RMAs, ensuring proper return procedures and documentation. - Analyze data to identify process improvements and report discrepancies. - Communicate with customers and internal teams in English and Mandarin as needed. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Experience with SAP and E‑DI transaction processing. - Data analysis and reporting capabilities. - Prior sales support or order‑processing experience. - Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of a college degree. - Relevant certifications in SAP or sales operations are an asset.
